286 (16) The Protection from Harassment (1997 Order) (Commencement No.1) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997

This Order essentially addresses the issue of the criminal offence of stalking, but in 2005/2006 cases emerged whereupon this Order (as derived from the usage of the 1997 Act in GB) could be used as de facto anti-bullying at work legislation.
